The witnessing Pilot-Lt. Robert B. O'Hara-went down on 11 Nov 1943 Munster mission. He was KIA aboard 42-39868 QE-K "Jenny Pepper". His dad was president of the Dr. Pepper Company in Dallas, Texas

Thanks for posting this on the SSMA site. I do have a copy of it as Dad retained it along with some of the other items in his book. Hopefully he still has a copy with his original documentation that he sent to my daughter for use in the book.
