We do have a connection here with the Queen Jeannie. Albert J Prentice's son Mike is here on the site. Prentice was the navigator on the Queen Jeannie Have you ever talked with him? Relatively easy to send you these links. As you see my Dad was also 306th BG - 369th BS. He returned to Thurleigh, but had been seriously injured on Black Thursday. The MACR doesn't give much insight. The first page of the mission report indicates that she had to leave the formation before target.
