I have just joined the group here and must tell you that I am thrilled to find it! My dad, Lt. Edward T. O'Grady who passed away in 1957, was the lead bombardier on mission 115, the second raid to Schweinfurt. On board Equipoise, piloted by J. Kemp Mclaughlin, was Col Bud Peaslee who apparently was instrumental in founding this organization.
I have recently begun an attempt to reconstruct as much of my father's service records as possible. His records, along with many others, were destroyed in the fire on July 12, 1973 at a NARA. I would greatly appreciate any info, photographs, or other information that anyone may have access to. I do know he was in the 326th and then transferred to the 327th squadrons of the 92nd.
